Our office worked with the Prospect Park Alliance to obtain a Final Certificate of Occupancy and Place of Assembly Permit for the Historic Picnic House in Prospect Park. This process involved meetings with the DOB Borough Commissioners, Department of Buildings Inspections, and filing of necessary signoff paperwork.

Final Plumbing Signoff Issuance

Equipment Use Permit Issuance

Waiver of Open Applications and Open Violations unrelated to the Building

Approval of Commercial Use Group within the building for a Concession Space

Place of Assembly Inspection and Certificate of Operation Issuance
